Refund Policy

 

If the Buyer is a consumer within the meaning of the Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights (a person who purchases a product for a purpose that is not related to his economic or professional activity), then the Buyer can use the right of refusal without justification if the goods have not been used and the original packaging has not been opened. In such a case, in compliance with the provisions of Regulation No. 255 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia "Regulations on distance contracts", the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days from the moment of delivery of the goods/goods. To receive a right of withdrawal form, write to the email: lashesessi.diy@gmail.com If you have missing or incorrect products, as well as if you receive a damaged product, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product and the product must be returned unused. Signs of use can be as much as one use.  If you report problems after this period, we will not be able to fix them.

 

Clip-In Hair Extensions – Hygiene & Return Policy

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, clip-in hair extensions are non-returnable and non-refundable once the packaging has been opened.

If the product packaging is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed condition, you may request a return in accordance with our general return policy.

Once the seal is broken or the product has been removed from its original packaging, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds. This policy is in place to protect the health and safety of all our customers.
